At 17:26 Rescue 32 responded to Old Airport Road in the 29 district for a roll-off dumpster on fire next to a residential structure. 32's crew assisted with suppression and overhaul. No damage was done to the home.
Engine 32 Responded of a Fill for a report of smoke in a commercial structure. The Engine remained on scene for approximately 15 minutes. The cause was undetermined.
Gas meter sheared at a Borough business. The Engine responded to Franklin St. for a gas leak. Upon arrival crews found a wall had been hit by a vehicle and hit the gas line. Engine 32 operated on scene for about 45 minutes. The gas company arrived with Engine 32 and shut the gas off. 32 units checked gas levels in the building and did some ventilation.
Engine and Service 32 along with Rescue and Tower 26 Responded to the Midway St. Clair section of Hempfield Twp. for a report of a male pinned under a slab of concrete. Crews arrive and found a male had fell 6' under a porch with is legs trapped under a concrete slab. South Greensburg and Youngwood worked to stabilize the foundation walls and free the patient.
The Service responded to a residence in the Borough for a cat stuck in the wall. Crews were able to free the cat unharmed.
